Rich Heine and Tom Kriech have spent their entire professional lives in human services, culminating with the start of Focus On Living’s Corporate Adult Foster Care operation in 2006. This foray into PCA Services is a natural extension of their passions for both business and serving people. Their corporate adult foster care corporation is an industry innovator and among the most respected in the state. Their aim is to carve out a similar reputation in the PCA community.
Diane has been quietly providing “whole person” healthcare in Duluth for over thirty years. She operates Hillside Homes of Duluth, Inc., two small (10 bed) assisted living homes that provide 24 hour customized living care. Diane has always had a special concern for people with special needs. Hillside Homes is often the placement venue of choice for these clients among St. Louis County and the various hospital social workers. Diane is known and respected throughout the health and human services community as a caring, consummate professional devoted to serving her clients.
